Born in Detroit, Michigan, He has been writing verse since the age of five.
Traveling all over North America, this self taught poet / songwriter
has drawn inspiration from his travels and experiences and placed them in rhyme.
You never know whether J.P. is going to delight you with comedy,
take you back in time with history, or infuse your soul with inspiration.
Also known as the poet laureate of Virginia City, Nevada,
He is a 3rd Generation descendent from the family of Samuel Clemens ( Mark Twain ).
He has performed three daily shows in many venues
from street corners to the famed Piper’s Opera House,
from Church alcoves to the Gold Hill lecture circuit.
His collection contains over 60,000 works,
and he continues to write on a daily basis.
